Austin specializes in positioning key players and individuals within companies to progress further, faster. Austin is passionate about pioneering and redefining the mortgage industry by utilizing the latest technology to simplify processes, and lower the percentage of human error when it comes to reviewing and analyzing all documents within the mortgage process from origination to fulfillment. He has a dense experience starting in 2017 primarily centered around real estate investors, working in all sides of the mortgage business from processing, sales, servicing, underwriting, fulfillment and more. Austin is an advocate for traveling and living a disciplined life. He has traveled to over 35 countries, speaks English and Spanish, is the Author of the book Investor's Secret Combination: Decipher the code for real estate success, runs in marathons, and enjoys growing in all aspects of his life from his faith, family relationships, and fitness.

Bryan Ward
CEO & Owner

Bryan has been a distinguished figure in the mortgage industry since 2002, serving as a residential mortgage loan originator and one of the co-founders of Flash Funding Mortgage Home Loan Division. As the CEO, Bryan has played a pivotal role in facilitating over $1.375 billion in residential mortgage loan originations, cementing his expertise in the field. Outside of his professional achievements, Bryan is a family man, cherishing his time with his beautiful wife and twin children. Together, they enjoy traveling and engaging in various outdoor activities from skiing in Colorado to taking their RV out and camping around the US. 

Cody Richards
President of Project Management

Cody Richards is an experienced Real Estate Investor, owning a real estate investment portfolio valued at over 20M, including over 40 Single family homes, RV Parks, and Storage Units. Cody provides guidance to all investors we work with along with leading our own investment projects with Flash Funding Mortgage.
